Previously asked questions about the rules of Cannes
Question:
Which order of play is right: first place the tile(s), then
move rods (if desired), then produce? Or: first place the
tile(s), then move rods and produce stuff in any order
(for example: first produce beer, then disconnect the
brewery to connect a chips factory, then produce a chip)?
Answer:
First place the tile(s), then place or move rods, then produce.
So the beer-and-chips action described above is not allowed.
Question:
Does the first rod have to connect Cannes, or can you
place it wherever you want?
Answer:
You may place it wherever you want.
