Do you sell game X?

Question: I'm looking for game X. Can you provide it?

Answer: Except for the Christmas packs, we only sell games we produce ourselves (see products).

Do you make computer games?

Question: Do you make computer games or online versions of your board games?

Answer: No. No desire. No time.

Naar de Oost! Splotter sells this game outside of the Netherlands only, in a German/English edition with the name "VOC" (see below). "Naar de Oost!" is the Dutch edition, which is distributed by de Drvkkery (dutch).

Can I reserve a copy?

All games, including the new edition of Roads & Boats, can be ordered for shipment by mail using the order forms on the website.

How many copies of the new games are produced?

Cannes about 2000
Oraklos about 1500
Roads & Boats about 750
VOC about 3250 (Dutch edition: 1750; German/English edition: 1500)

What does the name X mean, and how do you pronounce it?

Beest Pronunciation: "Bayst". Meaning: Dutch word for "beast".
Bus Pronunciation: simply the English way. Not the German way.
D'raf Pronunciation: "Draff", with the "a" as in "staff", but shorter. Meaning: Dutch word for "off", like in "driving off the table".
Kiek Pronunciation: "Keek", with the "ee" as in "geek", but much shorter. Meaning: snapshot.
VOC Pronunciation: "Vay Oh Say" (or: Vee Oh Cee). Meaning: Verenigde Oostindische Compagnie (United East-Indian Company), a Dutch organisation for trade with the Far East in the 17th and 18th century.

Can you send me the rule for game X?

Answer: No. We do not have them in a suitable electronic form. To get an idea of how the game feels like, check out our links/reviews page.

Do you provide English rules with game X?

Answer: Yes, all games have rules in English.

I would like to see (more) pictures of your games

Answer: We know. We will make more pictures as soon as we have got time to do so.

Can you send me your catalogue?

Answer: No. We do not have printed catalogues or price lists.
